k what exactly is kite?

(My own take and expansions on a few rules that caught my eye)
Rule 11: I have told people this many times. Well, actually I say "It's war, you just shoot", but same idea.
Rule 17: I've kinda sorta used Soraka to prove that wrong, but then again, I was level 6 and had spell vamp by then.
Rule 49: I request that be changed to Rule 1, damnit. Too many squishy goddamn stupid Mages run right into a Garen backed up by an Ashe.
Rule 62: We have bot matches for a reason, USE THEM!
Rule 63: We also have a page that lists all of the in-game items. USE THAT TOO!
Rule 82: You stop farming, the minions blow the damn turret. Seen it happen too many times.
Rule 89: We'll help, just ask.
Rule 90: Took me one game to get awesome with Ryze. Took me 20 to get good with Kayle. I play them both these days, and I rule the Rift.
Rule 97: I understood the meaning of your ping the first damn time you clicked. The eight additional clicks just pissed me off.

i love how the very first one is "dont chase singed."
