Agreed, since the patch that changed the level up icons, it has been terrible for me

I'm pretty sure it happened to me again in a game. I may have mis-clicked but I don't think so.

This happens to me often

This happens to myself and my brother very often. In early game conflict, it's sometimes imperative to learn that knew skill to finish off the kill that's escaping. I have lost quite a few kills because I needed a skill, and clicked to learn it, try to cast, then try to learn it again, and then end up practically spamming the + button to try and learn it in such a crucial moment.
I personally am training myself to use the keyboard shortcuts now, but there are many players that do not prefer the shortcut, and so this really needs to be fixed.
