twisted fate needs some kind of attack damage or ability power on his ult. he's a great champion, but he falls of late game and makes it harder for that team to win due to that. please add some sort of damage to his ultimate,

It's called prep your Pick A Card and he will.

If there was damage on his ultimate, he will end up being like pantheon.

Then it would need the longer channel time of Pantheon's ulti.

the only way this would work is for his ult to be detonated upon TF hitting a target marked with it. but even then i'm not really for it.

Prepare a yellow card
Congrats, your ult now does damage and stuns, to practically any enemy on the map.

Wait, how would this damage work?
"Every champ that Twisted Fate sees suffers 5000 true damage per second, for 10 seconds."
