Teemo nerfs actually make me so happy.

Holy ****, ouch. I can understand all the other nerfs, but you don't find this excessive? This is barely more range than Jax's leap strike. Expecting her viability to go down significantly with this. She already hasn't been given any favors in S3 (no new items are good on her - Malady potentially excepted in the jungle?) while other mages have a bunch of new toys, which should serve to even the gap already. Not even touching the AD casters, which should also be in mid (and are ungodly strong right now).

This seems like too much. Gonna hope you keep an eye on her, Riot...

If it's "today's balance update", why isn't it out yet?

Wondering the same, whens it supposed to deploy?

Love the Elise fixes.
Love the Teemo nerfs. (who doesn't besides Teemo players ?)
Love Nid's new look.
Love that Black Cleavers cannot stack anymore. (Broken OP for awhile there.)
Love that Smite has increased damage now.

Loathe that Zyra's passive is now even harder to land than before. (This was really not needed. If anything it should have been given more width. Not less. It was already hard enough to hit before...)

Loathe that Rengar has been nerfed into the ground. (Once again, whiners ruin a once great champion in no time flat... Really sad... RIP Rengar, you will be missed.)

Other than those two flops, great patch !

I was upset by the cho change for his early stages. I felt it would hurt his jungle but the smite buff Makes it okay!!!! XD
