Well...the base damage of a single mushroom is the base damage of a full channel Katarina ultimate without any way to interrupt it. It was kinda ridiculous honestly, and with his AP/On-Hit build becoming more viable with the new Hurricane, 1k+ damage from a single mushroom to an entire team is kinda ridiculous, especially with the Oracles nerf.

Rengar needed a buff to his jungle, not a nerf. Now he's completely unplayable except in top lane.

The flat penetration was the actual problem. The percentage shred is going to get stacked up whether they have one or four; the issue with it was that players were stacking it and gaining 60 flat penetration from the Cleavers, plus 19 from runes and 5 from masteries. 84 flat penetration is what the issue was, not the fact that a percentage shred could be stacked easier.

Vi is in the next patch. Just because things are on the PBE at the same time doesn't mean the final release is at the same time.
