Brand's passive: 2% max hp per second

DPS: 37 (rounded for efficiency)

Lee Sin Hp regen per second: 18 (rounded)

1 day= 86400 seconds

1 month= 30 days (rounded)

30 X 86400= 7776000

37 X 7776000= 291288960

18 X 7776000= 141134400

291288960 - 141134400= 150154560

Now constant spamming of safeguard which is a 200 shield on a 9 second CD.

7776000 / 9= 864000 casts of safeguard

864000 X 200= 172800000 damage blocked.

150154560 - 172800000= -22645440.

Lee Sin in fact would have healed 22645440 damage over his 3 months of burning, effectively taking no damage whatsoever.
