the Blade of the Ruined King is built from vampiric scepter+pickaxe(bilgewater) right, so when you click certain item, on top of it, there's suppose to be a item that can be built from it.

This is the place where i see problem, i normally click the the item under it to get the big ones. like for bloodthirster, i would search for vampiric scepter then search for BT on top of that. However, Blade of the Ruined King is not shown when vampiric scepter is clicked as a upgradable item(?) and i like this to be fixed unless i'm missing something.

Because Bilgewater Cutlass is an intermediate step. It will appear as something the Sceptre can build into, while Blade of the Ruined King builds from the Cutlass, not the Sceptre directly.

If you want actual bugs, sometimes random items highlight as if you have the money to buy them when you clearly do not.
