Well.

I wonder if I'm not the only one curious about whether or not this blogpost is real, and what Mr. Pendragon's reaction is to it.

It looks like smear/hearsay, but a lot of the information actually checks out...

Why do people think it was weird for Icefrog to work for S2 games... you have to make money to survive if you didn't know already..

Want to know the worst part? Nothing will be done. No smaller company (like RIOT) wants to get into a world class pissing contest with a large company like valve if the "trade secrets" were stolen.

I don't think it was the fact that he worked for S2 games that raises eyebrows. It's the fact he had Valve initiate a lawsuit over trademark ownership without telling them about that prior employment.

I think Valve is insane to use the DotA trademark thing without permission from the people who actually designed it. Will be interesting to see how it ends up.

Valve isn't using Defense of the Ancients (DotA); they are using Dota.
