He's not by himself, but with certain teams his ult ganks can be really stupid.
Put a Noc, Lux, Shen, or Panth on his team and suddenly he's dangerous (as long as he lands gold card, doesn't matter if he's 0/4).
If your team isn't coordinated and/or prepared for them, you just lose.
If one of them gets fed, they all get fed.
You literally have to gauge the distance of their abilities as soon as you leave the base, let alone your tower.
