its 272, not 1272. they can't resolve more reports than the number of submitted. =)

This is actually similar to what we currently have in effect for our player reporting system. Recently, we expanded our Customer Service team and are hoping to be cracking into player reports more than ever. The idea of having a running list of suspensions and actions taken is a pretty interesting and visible way of showing progress though, I'll have to get the team to take a look at this.

How exactly do they resolve more conflicts than are submitted? Something sounds fishy to me...
