Remove T1 runes and make T2 cheaper. Basically T2 becomes 1 and 3 becomes 2.

I don't see why people think t1 runes are cheap therefore buy them.

I disagree. T1 runes are awesome, they are cheap and effective.

I bought only T1 runes until I got to level 20 so that I could buy champions I wanted.

On my alts I buy T1 runes so that I can unlock champions without using RP as well.

T1 Runes waste of IP? Dude, maybe you should learn the math on how cost effective it is, and with the potential of recycling them to T3, there's no reason to bash them at all. I've browsed only a couple of pages in this thread, but no where did you state, ever, why mathematically it's a bad choice to invest in T1 runes. 15 x 9 = 135 IP for a full set (provided you're not completely autistic and didn't buy those worthless double pen. runes for 60 IP)? Pretty good man.
