Athelia would find Jasper waiting at the gates at the agreed upon time, wearing a robe very similar to the one he'd worn when they met at the Institute. Putting emphasis on punctuality, he'd made a point of arriving a few minutes early.

Athelia approaches Jasper, her normally long blond hair hidden under her hood, those in Noxus were not normally welcoming to non humans so she thought it necassary to hide her ears. The only physical tell she was in fact an elf from off world.
She walks towards him, her eyes trying to ignore anything going on around her,
"Jasper?"

Jasper nods to her in greeting. "Hello Athelia. Good to see you again."

Nothing particularly scary or nefarious was going on around them, just a short line of people entering the city having their credentials checked at the gate. Jasper gestures for her to follow then enters the gate walking right past the line, and the guards, without seeming to care about them. They didn't seem to care about Jasper or Athelia much either, presumably he had spoken to them beforehand.

Athelia follows the warlock through the gates of the city, her eyes flicking to the guards as she does.
She remembers he had said that his had some pull within in the city and that was why they weren't being stopped. She follows him in silence nervous about being in the city she had heard so many horrible rumours about. Though no one paid any attention to her as she moved she still couldn't relax.

Jasper led her through the streets towards his apartment. It wasn't exactly in the rich neighborhoods, since going to the family manor there would be far from discreet, and while the rumors that would spring from it weren't exactly dangerous to anyone, they would nevertheless be annoying. Still, it wasn't a poor neighborhood either, and the apartment was quite spacious. On their way, the city looked much like any other city, with people going about their business, merchants peddling their wares and city guards moving about to keep things orderly. All in all, little but the tendency to dark, intimidating architecture really demonstrated this to be the same Noxus Athelia had heard rumors about.

The first room of the apartment is a small entry room with a closet for overcoats and a shelf for shoes. Jasper holds the door open for her and gestures inwards, smiling. "Welcome to my humble abode." This time, it's clear on his tone that the odd and old fashioned manner of speaking is intentional as a form of jest.

Athelia couldn't help but still feel a little anxious about being in Noxus, she does giggle a little as he immitates the old fashion manner. She replies with a smile,
"Why thank you kind sir."

She walks in and lowers her hood revealing her elven ears and the long blond hair she had kept hidden.

Jasper enters after her and closes the entry door, then removes his boots and places them on the shelf, then leads on further into the main room of the apartment. This main room is quite spacious with one corner dominated by a sizeable, soft-looking black couch and the opposite corner features a crystal screen used to view League Match broadcasts and the like. A third corner features a kitchen area that is either very meticulously cleaned or sees little to no use. Two doors exit the living room, one on either side.

"Make yourself at home. I suggest the couch, both because it's comfortable, but also because it's the only place to sit in the living room, if you don't count the floor."

Athelia nods and makes her way to the couch, she seats herself looking rather awkward being in an almost complete strangers home like this. However, her curiousity over the promised teachings making it bearable.
"So... What are we to do first?

"First things first is learning something about demons in general. The single most important thing when dealing with demons is to always be completely sure of what you are working with. The more you know, the less likely you are to mess things up." Jasper didn't go and take a seat. Instead, he stood in front of her at a few paces distance, somewhat similar to a lecturer except that the room was much smaller and it was a crowd of one. Also, the furniture was more comfy. "Demons are unholy manifestation of human insanity. Not shrieking mad insanity, but the mental imbalances that can hide in more or less anyone without it being clearly visible. Back in the day, everyone, even warlocks, thought they were about the so called 7 deadly sins, because the most common demons can be tied, if somewhat loosely, to those and it makes thematic sense. The all time classic of succubi, formerly considered demons of Lust, are actually manifestations of a range of sexual disorders."

Athelia clicks her fingers, her book that was normally only filled with various elven spells appears, blank pages begin to form words, if he were to look, Jasper would see they were his exact words. She then frowns,
"Humn insanity? Are they only human manifestations or other sentient beings aswell? such as yordles, or the Minotaurs?"
She was listening intently to his every word, her attention focused entirely on Jasper as he spoke.
