Attwell finished the channel, the group found themselves in a small settlement located at an oasis in the Tempest Flats "Here is where we begin, we should start heading east." Attwell began walking, the two constructs followed, and Araneo skittered around near his feet.

Kirei followed behind Attwell, a small puff of smoke around her feet lifted her up as she started floating behind him.

Jack nodded. "Let's go." He said, with a bit of an enthusiastic tone to his voice. He created a small arcane platform, stepping onto it. "Ride anyone?"

Nikoli stayed silent, walking forward alongside Attwell and looking straight forward.

((Skipping ahead, since walking through a desert is kind of boring.))

After several days of uneventful traveling, the sun was beginning to set on yet another. Attwell had been leading the way, he climbed over the crest of a hill and stopped, gazing downward, saying nothing.

Kirei stopped when Attwell did, she simply looked to him, she had not said a single word the entire time since they had left and she still thought this was all a horrible idea.

Nikoli walked behind the group, sitting down just before the top of the hill, not even bothering to come up all the way.

Jack was sitting down on his moving platform, writing in a small notebook. Most likely a journal of some sorts to help record the powers of the void. He looked up from his journal to see Attwell at the top of the hill. He finished up his last thoughts, as he put the book away. He caught up to Attwell as he looked down to where he was looking. "Wow..."

Attwell continued to look at the ruined city for a few more moments, then he began to sway before dropping down to one knee and putting his hands on his head. He gasped a bit in pain as various memories came flooding over him from, the magic in his mind seemed to be fully activated now from seeing the city.

Kirei walked up to Attwell, grabbing him by the collar.

"I told you this was a bad idea, we're leaving."
