In the last patch, Zyra got nerfed. Honestly, as Zyra being one of my main champs, she is completely useless now. Her damage was the only thing she could do. She is super squishy and can't really do anything if a champ gets to her.

sry but you are suffering cause she has so much utlity and and range. AP champs aren't supposed to be able to do everything.

Also u can thank everyone that runs her as a support. She was punshing bot lane to much. Just like sona was a few patches ago. And roit doesn't bring people up they nerf the problem child.

She isnt useless, shes where she should be as a pusher. One thing she does very well. However, being said by Riot to be THE flexible champ the nerf brought her down a lot on the flexible part. I would like to see a flat reduction in her damage rather than the b*****it 50% less damage on same type turrets. It heavily reduces her options imo.

Omg they nerfed her passive damage and the speed of her E she is completely useless now whatever will i do!?!?! (sarcasm)

Just fricken rape everyone you go against, geez I have had like 1-2 bad Zyra games since her nerf and its not even my lane that goes to **** its usually an out of control adc in bot. I mean I still stand toe to toe with Leblancs, Kats, Lux and all those other mids, and i win the lane! I had slight difficulties with Heimer but that amumu would not get off of my ass xD You gotta learn where to throw your plants and how to kite people so that they get destroyed while trying to catch you, and while stacking ap like crazy and always always make sure to get your tear the first time you go back to base or your gonna get ****ed....

Still very strong and one of my favorite champ. She's so fun, and the nerfs were deserved.

Nerf? What nerf? I dont feel any difference with her and she is one of my support mains, and i just helped kill everything! If you are gonna go off alone of coarse you are gonna die and think she is useless you just got to be with your team and things will go good, i do ap runes and support/ap masteries, some times i lure and kill on my own and i nearly almost die everytime unless my partner is near to assist or make sure i live

LOL. Zyra is not useless. Her utility is still crazy strong, and she can zone opponents so effectively with her plants and AOE snares/knockup.
If you think she's terrible, then you don't know how to utilize her. The fact that you said, "her damage is the only thing she could do" shows me you aren't getting that much out of her.

So first you would need to say what nerf does and how it is negitive. Second you probally shoudnt need to die in order to do dmg. Third her snare still has awesome range. Whats the problem?

I main her and I still think shes good even after the nerf. You just need to think a bit more when you are going for a kill.
