I'm Chinese , I live in China
and I want to download the game
but I don't know why I can't download
Before on December 11 ， I can play the game
When the Season 3 comes, I can't play ,Who know why?
I'm a high school students , my English not well
and I want to find a high school student too . If you want to learn Chinese,I can teach you

Do you mean you cant download the game or cant download the patch?

For the first: https://signup.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/index

For the latter: Try to restarting the game a few times. Try a repair installation.
Check firewall and network settings (ports) and maybe antivirus.

I don't know but you could try posting in the "Help and Support" section.

Riot employee might help if this is a technical issue if you post there.

I can't download the patch ... I start the game , it need update,but it can't update .
so I try to download the game again
but I can't start the new game.. maybe I download wrong .
and I download the new game from there http://signup.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/redownload

Sorry, but I wont send you a 2GB game.

First it would take like 10 days to just upload the email and the provider wouldnt send it anyways because it got blocked because of filesize.
