This guy isn't eloquant but his point is a good one.

Riot has stated many times that there is an INCREDIBLEY small margin of error and they would fix any erronious bans suchas this.

Why don't you also put up ALL the cases of people who deserved the ban?

Definitely would have pardoned. Some of what was said in those games comes across as a somewhat troll-y attitude that I suspect got him the reports necessary to reach tribunal (I fully expect a red to come in and find things from other games and/or pre/post-game chat that justify the ban. It seems like a common theme that the Tribunal does a really good job of finding people that deserve to be banned, but sometimes does a poor job of showing voters what the person did wrong.), but based on the overall case, definitely 100% pardon.


For people saying that the Tribunal should lean towards making sure that innocent people don't get punished as opposed to making sure that all guilty people get banned...it already does. Doesn't mean outliers don't happen.

games 1 and 3 were pretty clear cases of him not showing up to teamfights

the other games didn't show much but the teammates really didn't like him, i can only assume he did something in champ select that carried over

But you do understand if you send in a ticket they never respond right, you get automated responses kid, get your head out of your a$$ or remove your tin foil.

What was he reported for? I can't judge the accused if I know not of what he is accused.

Edit:...Well...they definitely couldn't have been reporting for verbal abuse/harassment.

I looked at just one of these, the last one, and I quote from that tribunal case:

Yeah that's one misplaced ban already. Especially when he/she got 3 reports from allies, one saying she ran down mid intentionally feeding which supports the 0/13 and can't really say she didn't based on that quote alone. That was the first 2 minutes of the game. I don't think I need to go much further in that game. It's obvious the LB was a ******bag and deserved it. Sorry but that one is not misplaced.

This probably deserves a second look from Riot. +1 OP Good luck!

I would also like to point out that we don't necessarily have the full story here.

Lastly, even with some flaws I still believe that the Tribunal gives players a tool that can improve game experiences.
