As of Snowdown Showdown 2011, all holiday skins are considered legacy, so every event/holiday skin released Harrowing 2011 or older are limited and will Never (they say) be for sale again.

I feel insulted. Scuba Gragas use to be a symbol of my seniority, but now its a joke. First Festive Maokai, now Scuba Gragas? Good Job Riot, now I won't bother getting skins to show how long I've played LoL, they'll just get re-released later, so what's the point? Downvote.
