Because of the graphical update for summoners rift that they had they would have to re-design the snow map entirely for it to work properly.

lame. I never got to see it, came in just after christmas

Yeah didnt they redo Summoner's Rift like at the beginning of this year or something like that, too freaking busy with all these OP champs neglects the maps

They should have started working on the winter one after they reworked summoners rift
