See thread title. Sorry but if over half of your team think its over its not worth continuing. Even if by some miracle you manage to win the game that is 1 out of 20 at best. In the other 19 you RUINED their play experience as their frustration and rage mounted.

Not supporting the majority vote in a surrender is the biggest troll move you can make.

Don't you think forcing 40% of your team to give up cause you believe you lost is cruel too and troll? And even more when people that wants to surrender is the reason you are losing?

In all seriousness, this kind of thing happens a lot. Sometimes the games can be turned around, and sometimes they just get worse. There's not a lot you can do about it, so just try and stay positive, even if that gets really really hard sometimes.

The other day our jungle shaco, top yorick, and Vayne all fed.

Me, mid, as Ryze, and Nunu support were the only ones that weren't doing terrible, and we essentially "held the team hostage" with our refusing to surrender. At one point we were like 5 to 20, and I was personally 4/2/1.

Never surrender. Ever. If they are really stomping you THAT hard, the game will be over soon anyway by it's own accord, you may as well get all ten of you the more IP for playing a longer game. Or, maybe, you'll have a miracle comeback and get to post about it on the forums only to get it downvoted by people that are jelly of how great a game you had, so they point out stuff like how Akali had 3 gunblades.

Also: If you're not the only one on your team doing well, you should lose your rights to initiate a surrender. If you're 4/2/1 and your team is feeding, sure, /ff if you don't want to carry them and get a win that you are responsible for. If your mid is 4/2/1 and you're 0/6/1, and he doesn't want to surrender, why should you get to call a vote to decide whether or not he is capable of winning this for you? His prize for doing well is that he gets to attempt to carry you.

I'm sorry but you're all wrong, since you have 4 team mates there can only be 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of your team.

Unless you're saying some of them are only partially trolling...

25/50/75/100% of your teammates, 20/40/60/80/100% of your team. You're part of the team too.

For the same reason the other team didn't give up when you had a 20 kill lead and your team was stupid and threw the game 45 minutes in.
