Has riot ever though of implementing dodging into the game? I think it would be a great idea. with maybe a cooldown of about 10 seconds.

There was dodging in the League before.

Then, they removed dodging.

People can still do it in queues though.

It was a cool thing at one point, but it was horribly broken at the same time.
