Sejuani: her Q too long of a CD and its too slow maybe give it like 10% move speed for 2 sec when casted

Volibear: Frenzy lower CD 18 sec too long

Twisted Fate: give him 550 range

Gangplank: Buff his passive give it back to 5 stacks

mordekaiser: lower his HP cost on spells maybe give his E each person he hits give 1 HP back "no more regrowth pendant"

Leona: make passive stack 2 times

Malphite: lower mana cost on Q

Jayce: give back his Dmg on is E

Fiora: her Q has too long of a CD at lvl 1

Garen: give back his Unlimited Spin to win Dance back lol X-D "just a joke X-D"

All the champs you listed but ren, gang, and Fiona is borderline op... so I doubt any Buffs will be made

If I could change anything about any of the characters you mentioned, I would make the cooldown on Garen's ult lower. 160 seconds at rank 1 is quite a while, but I also don't mean to make it crazy short, considering it does have some awesome potential if used correctly.

Twisted Fate isn't OP. Actually, at lvl 6 he has the worst DPS of all AP Mids

Twisted fate is just a good ganker due to Anywhere teleport. Sejuani is fine where she is, if you know how to play her. She's about that crowd control, IF you were to give her a speed boost, it should be on her W.


Edit: I guess that would kinda make her like Shyvanna though. Either way, I still think Sejjy is fine, She has good initiation, tackle to halt enemy action for a split second, good powerful slow, and that Ult. So unf. People just forget tanks aren't supposed to get the kills. Although without heart of gold, I feel as if she'd fall behind fast. GP10 Crit sword just wouldn't help her as much........ But.......... Mreh.
