What I am thinking of is a ban list program that you can run as a host, if a player dodges a queue so many times (like 3 times to allow for things like getting called away while in team select or the game doesn't start after countdown so someone leaves)... or maybe added at the hosts discretion if they think it was a queue dodge or not. Anyone who wants to host can receive notifications from the program if players joining their games have dodged multiple times in the past...

I am just wondering if this sort of add-on(a 3rd party program sending private messages to a player or chat messages) is supported by LoL and if anyone knows how to go about setting it up?
