As the title says, it's there to stay, stop whining about it. Seriously, if he had mana, without the extra effects on his abilities, he wouldn't be nearly viable anymore.

His passive isn't as bad it gives him more sustain if you max out q.
But personally id like to see more damage on Q.
If the enemy builds chain-mail early you perry much cant deal damage.
