Riposte should work against Tower shots in a similar fashion to Pantheon's Aegis. I don't think it should deal damage to the tower, that would be too powerful. I just think it should block 1 tower shot.

Thoughts? Comments? Complaints?

Agreed, it would defiantly improve her skill cap to have that as well which is always a good thing.

I don't think that whether it deals damage to the turret or not is even a concern for balance. It's true that her W is a bit lackluster in a lot of situations, but Fiora doesn't need this kind of buff.

I feel she needs a few things but can you elaborate on why not?

I read somewhere else where a guy proposed that her Burst of speed actually give movement speed first and stack Attack speed instead of the other way around, I also agree with that change.

Her kit suggests she is meant to be able to chase but she is incredible fragile to the point chasing is usually a bad idea. she has no slow or stun so Fiora tends to HAVE to dive under towers. Runners do not attack you but the tower does and I believe the 1 block on that tower shot would make playing her more viable.

Fiora needs to have her kit updated to increase her viability in competitive play and so it can also give people a reason to choose her over other champions. Royal Guard is definitely my favorite if not my Best and I want others to make her their best as well. There aren't enough Fiora players.

1. Rip should reflect %Damage or X amount whichever is greater so you are rewarded for timing the Ability. Kind of like how Siv's Spell Shield gives her Mana if you manage to block a Spell.

or

2. Rip should scale off AD. Im not sure why it would scales off AP. I mean Garen's Ult does Magic Damage because it's a giant magical sword that falls from the sky, but Fi is just parrying an attack and stabbing you back.

3. Rip should reflect/negate Melee/Attack based Abilities. I mean, how does it not stop Noxian Guillotine? Sure I get how you can't RIp a giant fireball but you should be able to counter a guy with an actual weapon.

4. It blocks Abilities in their entirety. If you deflect an Ability, like Decisive Strike, why would you still be silenced?

Fi is actually pretty brutal, but she needs to get fed early and rush that Hydra. Blade of the Ruined King is also really good on her.
