Play the game. If they DO feed, the game will be over in 5 minutes, which is how much time you'd spend waiting out the penalty anyway. And you get to report them. There is also that small, small chance that they grow up and stop being a ****** in-game.

sometimes the other team refuses to report cause it's "funny" so obviously this person is getting away with it and its not just one person people do it all the time. I worry that the tribunal is missing these guys.

Play the game, report them, let the Tribunal deal with it.

If they're doing it regularly, the Tribunal will catch them soon enough.

I mean, this happens every time a new champ is released. If you absolutely cannot stand it wait a couple of days before playing after champ releases.

Play the game either way. This happens every time someone who's either retardedly IMBA or who looks fun comes out.

Situation A: They dodge because they don't get Vi.
Situation B: They feed because they don't get Vi.
Solution 1: You get bonus gold off killing sprees. Yay free gold.
Solution 2: The game is over fast and it's only slightly more time, if not less, than waiting on the dodge timer. Play an assassin and just ambush people constantly for lulz.
Situation C: They grow the hell up and decide to play even though they don't get Vi.

Most of the time it's an empty threat

Solution: Just let them have Vi and learn she's sub-optimal right now.

She's really not worth fighting for. As is her Ultimate is either bugged or designed very sadistically. When you fire off her ult and charge in anyone who has the new Deathcap can just Zhonya's due to the R being highly telegraphed. Regardless of where you are the charging animation completes and you just burned your Ult for a net loss (since right now the Zhon negates the Knock-Up and Suppression); as you're now in a bad situation with not even a tick of damage for your troubles.

That and her Q is bugged too. Triggering it sometimes cancels your movement; sometimes it doesn't. Making it an unpredictable mess.

Until the QoL adjustments hits don't fret about people threatening stuff like that. You're doing yourself a favor. XD

Using Q when you issued a move command makes you stop after the Q completes. Using Q when you issued an attack-move, you will keep moving towards the target after the Q completes.

There is the sub-second where when you hit Q she sometimes stops walking for a tiny bit, not always, which is annoying.
