Hell, if his shrooms didn't scale as he levels that would be great. But they do. So a shroom he dropped at level 6, gets hit by someone when Teemo is level 11, they take damage equal to whatever his current dmg is, not the dmg they would have received when he activated the ability.

Youre talking about mpen before MR, don't you think you should tell the whole story? I play ahri and rarly build MR, I don't recall ever getting two shotted by teemo shrooms on any map. They rarely manage to take a 4th of her hp at any stage of the game.

There should be a limit to the number of shrooms that can be placed on the map. Something like 10 or so. Caitlyn can only have 3 traps. Heimerdinger can only have 2 turrets.
Either that or a short duration. Nidalee's traps, Maokai's saplings, and Zyra's seeds all last 30 seconds. So maybe a 2 minute duration.
