Veigar's ult needs a nerf due to the way pen works now

He will one shot you with the ult alone no matter what gear you have on now that pen works the way it does.

I was a 20/8 syndra with 2.2k hp and he was a 2/6 veigar. He one shots me from full health with NOTHING but his R.

He had void staff and pen boots. THATS IT.

I had both banshees and Abyss.

Sorry but that is just stupid. Basically unless i competely dont build ap and stack warmogs I might survive his ult.

It needs to be nerfed so it doesnt 1 shot no matter what.

Veigar's entire job is to One shot people who build alot of AP.

I lost a game last night as Lux because despite having him underleveled and underfarmed, he would literally miss his stun and just flash into our team to ult me.

What's this? A spell that does more damage based on the target's AP doing massive damage to a target that with 20 kills most likely has a ton of AP?

Obviously broken.

The whole point of Veigar is being able to 1-shot the enemy AP...

Now just how much CS did he have again? iirc he has a 1.2 AP scale on his ult and then .8 of his enemies. Though I find it unlikely that he oneshot you with the information you are giving me. If he shot you with DFG I can see it happening though.

And if you think he is bad now.. His old passive used to give him..iirc.. TWENTY FIVE PERCENT of his enemy's AP (for a few seconds after hitting them)

**** no a 2/6 Viegar did not 'oneshot' you with just his R unless you were at half HP already.

What else did you have? How much total AP was there?

Nevermind, I lolking'd it.

You had rabadon's, zhonya's, abyssal, and morello's evil tome. on top of runes and masteries that's over 500 AP most likely.

And Veigar had a Void staff+Rabadon's+Needlessly large rod.


so he has lots of AP, and his ult scales really well with his AND yours, on top of great base damage.



I don't see the problem here.
