Anyone feel like her passive (shield) is a little lackluster?

I feel like it should have a base shield amount + scaling, or make it double scale (max HP and AD).

I think she's already a little OP if anything with her combination of tankiness, damage, and cc. No buffs needed. Maybe that's just me though.
