I also get the bug splat when it tries to load the loading screen. Tested NA and it works fine. Problem only exists in the latest build of PBE. I did a repair and that did not help either.

done uninstalled and reinstall the whole PBE...also did the repair before uninstalling and after reinstalling...none worked...its kinda fixed in my mind that its the loading screen that has a problem now

I completely deleted all PBE files, and reinstalled and repatched. It works fine now, try that.

Same thing happened to my friend playing with me he got in one game just fine then he kept crashing.

I also kept getting a bug splat on entering the loading screen very consistently for multiple games in a row (I play custom game summoners rift with no bots and only me). Finally, I decided to delete the game.cfg and the input from the Config folder. After doing this, I was able to get into the game! While ingame, I decided to change my video/sound/keybinding settings and exited the game right away to start a new one. Got another bug splat starting the new game Deleted the game.cfg and input again, started a new game successfully, DIDN'T change game settings, exited and started ANOTHER new game, and was able to do so successfully ... so, it seems to me that it crashes if you have some custom video/sound/keybinding set to load on start of the game. I hope this information helps.

me too and i hate how i might get banned for bug splatting TT_TT

I was having this issue for a while but I've isolated what I think was causing me problems. I've only had this problem since changing from an external monitor to my laptop monitor which has a much smaller native resolution. For some reason the game doesn't automatically detect the max resolution available to my monitor and was trying to load in 1920x1080 which I think was causing it to crash.

To fix it I went into Riot Games > LOLPBE > Config > game.cfg and changed the height and width resolutions to the size of my laptop monitor and now it seems to work fine.
