I'm having trouble getting the Tristana skin after doing all the steps. So i try to remove the LOL Community Tristana app to see if it will work and theres no LOL Community Tristana App there... so im stuck

I am having the same issue as well. I think that it came from when Facebook changed "fan" to "like"
