xin is fine, his Q is countered by chesthair and/or evasion skills.
Here's the secret to beating xin.
fight or flight,
you can either kill him or you can't
Dont try to kite him unless you really need to or don't have a choice, hes a bruiser and letting him get cs isn't gonna mean much as his itemization is ****ing expensive. He needs kills not 7 or 8 minions.
If you attack him you go all in or you stay the **** out. Once you two engage he will stick to you. If he engages you with his gapcloser just run or fight him. There's no inbetween, its fight or flight. When you run do not stop to fight him if someone is coming, he will heal off you and make you look like a stupid****. Youre better off making him waste his only means of catching ppl and accelerating his damage quickly.
If you do fight him do not get scared off by his early burst, you can't tell if you can kill him just by seeing how the beginning of the fight goes. If you let his cooldowns reduce then suddenly decide to let your balls drop he will burst you a second time and make you look like a stupid****. All in fights or gtfo
