I reviewed it myself, this case clearly broke the Summoner's Code with racist asserts, agressive language and negative attitude. Is there some way that this case could be reviewed again?

This player can't be pardoned.

On EUW I basically contact Riot's Support and explain why I feel they have to look at he case themselves. Obviously I can't tell if they're indeed doing so, but I trust that they do. I also agree with you that this shouldn't be a pardon.

This player is a racists, he uses abusive language during the game, he rages at people mistakes and threaten people that he'll go AFK if they don't do what he wants. He also probably abused the tribunal system with a fake report (last case). I don't know how someone could pardon this case, probably someone who didn't even read the chatlog.

I think this case shouldt be reopened and RIOT should pounder for a permanent ban, depending on this player's ban history.

Eh, not that bad. Obviously a bit of a dick in the first game, but I've never considered the word ****er to be that magical. I can see why he got off.

That said, if you're convinced he's toxic, he'll probably keep getting reported, which means he'll keep coming back until he cleans up or his luck runs out. I wouldn't worry about it in either case.
