For me it's a great week...gonna fail so hard trying all the champs I never tried. The only one I have is Varus and I only tried Morgana, Rammus and Janna long time ago. It's going to be a fun week for me.

I'm not really sure, and there's tons of people that can give you a better answer than me, but past weeks I'd have the new champs around 7-9AM in my country, that means 6:30-8:30 more hours to go.
