Ezreal, God of Love skin would feature hearts for many of his attacks, including a lot of color pink / red. His voice would be pretty much a somewhat deeper pitched version of his own (see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHpNMjMRWAg ). He has pink hearts on his cheeks, instead of the normal triangles, and his goggles have heart shaped opening + bolts.

I found this idea really funny and would be cool to see as a valentine skin also I like how the voice does fit ezreal but is just a lil deeper
