Here's a picture of Sivir in game with the Spectacular skin. As you can see here, her arm is very skinny compared to her body. I would highly suggest riot to fix her arm or redesign the entire champion because her arm looks unnatural. Sorry for the poor editing lol, but it still does the job. As well too, this is also happens on the normal skin.
