didn't they raise the cost on phage because it was too strong of a proc for too cheap a price, which made adcs rush it without even an intention of turning it into anything. so they raised the cost and reduced the cost of the tri-force. if they lowered phage cost again, what do you propose to do to keep what happened before from happening again?

They should change the passive while they're at it. RNG slows are stupid as hell.

phage was a top lane item mainly, at the time tf was godly and most tops rushed it

now tf is rarely seen, phage is overpriced although sometimes gotten for mallet

just another rushed nerf that riot didn't bother to think about, leaving it in the dust with the rest of the ruined items/champs
