Could we please buff/do something with Oracle's Elixir?

Give support item that provides unlimited wards
Put time limit on oracles

Riot really doesn't want to see much tourney action, pro teams all buy wards and have the map covered 24/7, eliminating any fast action.

yeah im going to have to agree, i just faced an akali top I wrecked her shop completely destroyed her. but i couldnt stop her free farm. u say, "oh noob let her free farm, crying akili op." no im not saying that at all what im saying is i killed her time and time again but with her invisiblitily i could not zone her.
this was in a normal btw.
regardless i'd b get a vision ward drop it in her cloud and kill her by the end of the laning phase i was 5/0/2. But because oracle only last 5 min and i would have wanted it for the second 10 to 15 mins of the game after got my first blood.. itwas not viable to go spending 800-1600g thats a lot of gold right there... given a game last between 20 and 35 mins on average ur going to want oracle for 20-25 mins.. thats 1600-2000 though gold!!!
that is 1/5 of the gold a person can normally get in a WHOLE game!!!
So lets say i did dominate akili i spent the go then and got the old oracles. akili would have wanted me dead her team would have understood they need my oracles down!.. she would have gotten a gank i'd hope.. regardless oracle had enough risk with the death effect..
I'd say increase the time of the oracle either to unlimited like before.. or to 10-15 mins...

The mindset they had behind nerfing oracles to a time limit was that there were abuse cases in which bot lane would get a lead, get oracles, and have oracles for about 20-25 minutes. This was a huge disadvantage to the other team who was behind, because NOW they would get ganked multiple times without a way to counter the support with oracles who was in the lead and is near unkillable. It gave them a huge advantage in lane and it was quite abusive of what they wanted to be a mid-late game item.

My suggestion is a mastery (Ward Slayer)? It would give you time back on oracles (till a max of the oracles duration) for every ward you kill, maybe 10 at the start (scaling upwards) to 20 (numbers should be tweaked probably, I have no clue what they should look like). This would make it non-abusive early game, as well as elongate the oracles late game when it matters the most but when you are more likely to die. Oh ya, replace this with scout, NO ONE uses scout... So useless z.z

Ahh, the over-reactive double-nerf. Nerf the item that's a problem while at the same time buffing the things it creates problems for. The over-reactive double-nerf is for things that completely break or unbalance a game. I don't think oracle duration counts. Please undo one of the nerfs.

Some champs rely heavily on their stealth to function.

Teemo, for instance, he has no gap closer, slow or hard CC, 70% of his power lies on getting good trap which can be countered with...400g?
Eve, shaco, twitch also need that stealth to get an open to deal dmg at all. They are designed to be squishy, little escape or hard CC due to having stealth, oracle breaks all that and should always be keep in check.
