Sure it's because Apple's iDevices don't run Adobe Flash. Imagine someone dying because Flash cooldown is 1s left, it would be a bit funny.

I think it would be funny, too, though I think there might be a better way to accomplish the same joke. Messing with flash is kind of opening the pandora's box that hasn't been opened since blitzcrank could still flash-grab.

It's because Apple products are overpriced.
