There is a summoner going around by the name of "Downkey". It can be assumed by his match history, behavior in champion select, and overall reckless gameplay that he is nothing more than a purpose feeder.

I can't make myself believe that someone is THIS terrible at the game and based on his overall attitude he comes across as apathetic and detrimental to the enjoyment of the game. Please look at his account/profile and please ban him or at least run him through the tribunal....people like Downkey don't deserve to play and the community doesn't deserve to put up with them.
