I dodged just now and it's making me wait 15 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous, considering the fact that I dodged b/c two of my teammates instalocked mid and the other two instalocked top. Then they swore at each other a bit and I decided it wasn't worth playing with them.

I honestly think that the dodge penalty should be reduced to 3 minutes; it would be enough time that people wouldn't dodge for the sake of trolling, and it would let players dodge troll/verbally abusive teams.

look they've removed the lost of elo in dodging personally I feel it's better now
