As always let me say this even though it's been said a million times...

Runeterra is not earth...Human evolutionary patterns and skin pigment are a non negotiable factor when talking about a fantasy realm.

Asking why runeterra doesn't have a black champion is akin to asking why Earth doesn't have Yordles
