Viktor isn't a ****ty champion in the sense that say.. Pre-remake Eve was a ****ty champ. Viktor is a ****ty champ in the fact that he's incredibly unreliable and his abilities are all over the place like Brand. His Q is fairly long range skill shot, Pillar of flame is quite a long range, his ult's launch range is quite far, but the basic essential of his burst confligeration or whatever is like neck and neck on someone.

Sure you can poke someone to death in lane with the Death Laser, but to do any real burst you need to get in range of QER. He has a wonderful AoE stun, which works well in a team fight to lock folks down, but he's too wildly unreliable.

Viktor's Q is a short range, his Ult is a fairly long range, his AoE stun is incredibly short unless you get the yellow upgrade, which once again makes **** just weird to play and his damage is like weak unless you have Augment: Death which once again makes his stun too short to matter.

His late game isn't bad. I just had a match with him that went over 75 minutes and I still dealt a pretty good amount of damage (around 360,000 overall, more than anybody else in that match). He just have a ton of extra gold lying around just to buy oracle and elixirs because there's nothing else to buy with the gold. His passive not only gives his e a sort of inbuilt ignite, but it also saves you gold to build your other items faster than most mages WITH +45 ap and scaling 3 ap/level.

The potential silence duration on his ult is game changing. This community is trash, and most people cannot play him.
