I would punish because of the naming if it was one to be punishable, but since i can't see the name that was shown i can't give you a definitive answer. If the name you have now is the same as the one you said you had before then yes, i would hit punish.

If my name was considered inappropriate by Riot then why wasn't it blocked when the name was changed? And you would rather have a player banned than their name changed? Why?

i never said i would rather have a player banned than have a name change, i was showing that they COULD suspend you if they wanted. Name change or suspension doesn't matter, as long as the person with the jackass name has something done to them.

You said you would punish me for the inappropriate name, implying you'd rather have a player banned than a name change. I wasn't a jackass, if you read the chat you'd see that I did nothing wrong. People on the tribunal have no access to pre/post-game lobby chat so they punished me for the ingame chat.

you arn't getting it... the tribunal doesn't hand out the punishments, they only determin if someone NEEDS to be punished, all of the punishments (warning,suspension,perma-ban) are given by riot after reviewing the case. You are correct that tribunal doesn't have access to pre/post chat, but like i've said MANY times, Riot DOES and can alter the punishment from that.

The tribunal does hand out punishments, it's an automated system. If a Riot staff member saw my case, I highly doubt they would have punished me.

My attitude? I didn't verbally abuse anyone nor did I display negative attitude. I got unfairly banned.

in game 2 the enemy reporter claimed that you told twitch to kill himself IRL in postgame chat. I don't care if you say you didn't say that or not, doesn't matter, but if you DID then that's quite possibly how you got your suspension. It could have been that the inappropriate name got your punish judgment, and the post game chat got you the suspension.
