Saving that, how about not alerting the enemy to focus target that player with a giant glowing target on their head. Let them figure out who has it with me targeting them.

That's what Lantern/Sweeper are for.

I think that's been a near-constant complaint with oracles since dominion launch - it's really easy to die before the duration runs out and that just makes it feel like a waste ):
