I'm confused as to why you play the game if you have such a low opinion of the company and its policies. There are other games in the same genre.

League of Legends is unique to other MOBAs, so much to the point I think they practically made their OWN genre. But as always there's problems and must be addressed. For example the Tribunal.

Well, they do have a phone. It's been posted on the forums by angry people in the past. I'm pretty sure it goes to the front desk and unless you really know who to ask for, you aren't going to talk to anyone but that receptionist.
