Ok if you want proof I will give you the computations next time. But his damage amplification (15%) is worthless. Assuming you deal 1k damage (which is hard to achieve really), you only get 150 additional damage, which is way less compared to other assassins that have damaging abilities based on the enemy's % hp. Heck, even swain got more damage amp at 20%.

Compare that to khazix's evolved q damage, poppy's q, fizz's w and zed's passive. Which deals about 200 damage for example as 10% of enemy's 2k max hp. I just think this is more effective in assassinating as there is a guarantee that you will take away a chunk of health from your target.

Have you even played Talon? He's an amazing assassin, OP as hell right now in fact. (Actually he's been this OP for a LONG time, just never saw much play until the league of cleavers happened)

He wasn't even viable, before Black Cleaver.

Talon to this date is one of the top 3 AD assassin in the game right now his burst is one of the deadliest in the game, what new talon player fail at is to get all 8 blades in his ulti to hit the target, his Wat max rank 260(+120% bonus AD) and if your good enough u can get a 3rd hit and his E is perfect as it is and does it not mention his Q (unfortunately is gonna be nerfed) is quite ok

Talons damage amp was never working from what i hear

On a topic of his damage amplification - there have been a topic about him where Riot has stated that his E dmg.amp does not work. And apparently never did.
As for Talon not being "bursty" enough, did you know he can kill most mages in the game before silence from his E wears of? And he basically oneshots his targets faster than any other assassin in the game, with a possible exception to LeBlank. Talon has no channeled abilities, no abilities with delay or anything of that kind. Everything is instantaneous and everything does a lot of damage. Apart from the bleed on Q, but its almost never makes a difference.
