So why did we need talon nerfed? Last time i checked he was fine

Talon really got a big indirect buff with the new black cleaver, so they are probably lowering his damage output to bring him a bit more in line. I think it's the same reason why Teemo got nerfed.

I know right? at least fix his ult so all of the blades hit a person not just three........

My point is Cleaver buffed one more than just champ.. Why nerf Talon, and leave the rest unscathed

Every ad champ got buffed by black cleaver I mean seriously every champion that does ad dmg builds it nowadays why single out poor lil talon an ad caster one of teh few it was intended for, while were at it lets keep letting lee fly around the map with unlimited mobility dealing deeps with cleaver

Even with the nerfs Riven will be fine... Cant say the same thing about Talon

Did you even read about the bug fix? You've been playing with a champ that basically didn't have a skill for E. Now he'll receive a bonus damage up to 15%. He didn't have that before, so now that they gave him this ability they needed to balance him back down. It was not a nerf, it was a buff and a balance down. Read before you post. You haven't even played him with these changes.
