I have been in league for about 2 months or so. Since i hit level 20, tribunals have been a daily thing for me. My questions or issues should i say are this.

1. there are many things im seeing no relavence to but players are being punished such as language when *there was not a swear word in.. chat*

2. intentionally feeding is such a controversy because, unskilled players does not mean they were intentionally feeding or. say a player died 6x and other players have more than 12 deaths there isnt really enough evidence to be sure if a player is feeding intentionally or not for sure. in many of the feeding cases just because they died 6x doesnt mean that... they did it on purpose

3, the verbal abuse- this is where a player "harrasses" or blames you for everything and emotionally stresses you out, and not having a good game some cases i have not seen verbal abuse when its being reported. alot of times its just a player "attempting to communicate with the team" but they are still punished

4. having a bad name- unless this player is given when its reported or another reporter gives us a name WE really dont know.

1. You may be seeing instances where the reporter can't remember who was being offensive. When that happens they blanket report the whole team to make sure they report the offender.

2. This one is pretty iffy and you must use extreme caution when dealing with these. Do they have all boots or wards? If so, they were probably intentionally feeding or at the very least assisting the enemy team. Some cases it's very hard to determine this and it's best to just look at the rest of the games for other infractions.

3. The problem I see here is the "attempt to communicate" is done in rather poor fashion. Was he being a jerk? If he is, then it's punishable. If not, then move on to the next game.

4. A while back, there was a bug that prevented the name from being displayed in the cases currently being judged. Probably just a matter of getting its wires crossed during an update or something. Afaik, it was fixed and the name should be displayed correctly on the games that it was reported as such. I can't verify this though as it has been forever since I've had to judge an inappropriate name case. Generally, you could hope for the notes to contain the name as well, but that's usually a miss most of the time.

The general rule of thumb is to ask yourself, "Would I want to play with this person?"

I also like this gem. "Don't be a jerk."

in the cases where i said "attempt to communicate" no they were not being jerks at alll many cases i have seen someone trying to talk to their teem about mia's or ganks or in some situations trying to help the not so skilled players i dont think that is verbal abuse at all and why should someone be punsished over that.

i think there needs to be more factors to go on like all reports from the reported games then you can look at the games and get a better determination to see whats really going on.

just the cases that i saw the one being reported talking to team members not rudely not being a jerk but trying to help or team up for team fights ganks and they are reported for verbal abuse and in cases where they should be pardoned they are not they are punished
