But then again, it's his fault for standing in her E while she's immobilized.

Sorry but Karthus' passive is fine it compensates for his horrendous early game where all he can do is afk farm at turret while enemy mid roams. Also any competent team will simply walk out of his defile or build accordingly i.e. MR

passive already got nerfed 1 whole second and standing in his defile is stupid and easily avoided.
