mhm still significantly lower then almost all other top lanes. Also Thresh has ranged autos and has a base hp5 of 9 so you know they are pretty much saying **** all the Riven players we really don't care about you. A ranged champ with that kind of regen is unheard of and pretty much breaks the game considering he is also fantastic at keeping melee off himself.

Increase HP reg to 6.0 and she is fine.
